About HeartBeat Classes
HeartBeat Music & Movement is an early childhood music & movement program for infants through preschoolers and their parents or caregivers (at least one parent or caregiver MUST attend).
Children have fun and develop basic music competency through a 45-minute class that runs in six- to ten-week sessions in the fall, winter and spring.
Classes are held at Karate Do, a beautiful dojo in Stow, Massachusetts. There’s plenty of parking, two bathrooms, and the entrance is at street level (you can roll your stroller right in).
Children are never pressured to perform or learn. On the contrary, if a child feels uncomfortable participating in the class, he or she is never pushed to do so. Surprisingly, often a child who isn’t participating during the class will go home and sing the songs.
